The Dennis Basso Spring 2009 RTW Runway Show took place September 9th, during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week here in New York. The collection had 36 looks in an array of beautiful fabrics and silhouettes. The designer was quoted saying that he found his inspiration in the summer resort towns such as Nantucket, Newport, and Southampton in the seventies. He was particularly intersted in the 'patio and terrace' dressing of these locations. The looks featured above are my favorite looks from the ultra feminine collection.
